I ordered from dicksonbbq.com and the delivery went smoothly. The tracking info came through fast, which always makes me feel like the food is somehow going to taste better, even though that doesn’t really make sense.

The driver showed up during the window they gave me, and the food was still warm when it got here. Nothing was missing either, which feels like a win these days. I’ve had BBQ show up late before, so this was a nice surprise and I’d probably order again.

I ordered from dicksonbbq.com and ended up reaching out to customer service with a question. They did get back to me, but it took a bit longer than I was expecting. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not super quick or as helpful as I’d hoped, if that makes sense.

I was hoping to get it around the time they mentioned, but shipping took way longer than expected. It wasnt the worst experience, but I probably wouldnt order again if I needed something quickly

I reached out for warranty help what a joke. It took weeks just to hear anything back, and even then I still didn’t get a clear answer. Super frustrating experience.

I wasn’t expecting anything amazing for the price, but it ended up being a good deal. Like, you know when you buy something thinking, “Okay, if it works, great,” and then it actually does what you need? That was this. Not much to complain about — definitely felt worth the money.

I ended up going in after looking at Dickson Barbeque Centre for a bit, since I needed a few BBQ things and wasn’t totally sure what I was going to get. The visit was easy. The staff were friendly and didn’t hover or make it feel like I had to decide right away.
They pointed me toward some charcoal and a couple tools that seemed like the right fit for what I was trying to do. I can’t compare every price, but it felt fair enough, and the store was clean and easy to look around. I’d probably stop in again next time I need something.

"Pretty good BBQ, just had to wait a little"
A friend of mine who’s really into smokers told me to give Dickson BBQ a try, so I finally did. The ribs were good — flavorful, not dried out, and the sauce had a nice little kick to it. Only downside was pickup running about 15 minutes late, and the coleslaw was just okay. Nothing terrible, just not super memorable. Overall though, it was a solid meal and I’d order from them again

They have some decent BBQ stuff, and I did find a few things that caught my eye. I just thought there would be more options for sauces and accessories. Some of the items also made me wonder a little about the overall quality, so I wasn’t totally sold. Not a bad place, just felt average for what I was looking for.

I picked up a smoker cover and a few BBQ tools from Dickson BBQ, they feel like the kind of products a company should be putting out, solid, sturdy, and not cheaply thrown together. I’ve bought cheaper gear before that felt disposable, and it’s nice to get something that seems made to actually last.
I’ve used everything over a couple weekends now, and it’s all held up really well. Shipping was perfectly fine, but what stood out most was the quality. I’d rather support a shop that sells dependable stuff instead of wasting money on junk, so I’d definitely buy from them again

"Surprisingly easy refund"
I had to return one item because I managed to order the wrong size, which is on me. i wasn’t expecting much, but they actually replied quickly and the refund came through without any drama. For once, a return process wasn’t a total headache, so I’m happy with how simple it was
